We collect personal data only through the inquiry form on our contact page. The data includes:

• Identity data: name, role, company name
• Contact data: email address, website (optional)
• Business data: industry, monthly revenue range, email volume, service interest, engagement model, timeline, project description

We do not collect data through cookies for analytics purposes. Our analytics provider (Vercel) uses a cookieless, privacy-friendly approach that does not track individual users.

We process your personal data for the following purposes:

• Responding to your inquiry: reviewing your submission and contacting you about our services
• Sending a confirmation: delivering a transactional confirmation email after form submission
• Anti-spam protection: verifying submissions through Cloudflare Turnstile to prevent automated abuse

We do not use your data for marketing, profiling, or automated decision-making. We do not sell or share your data with third parties for their own purposes.

Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), we rely on the following legal bases:

• Consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR): you explicitly consent to data processing by checking the consent checkbox before submitting the inquiry form
• Legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR): anti-spam measures (Turnstile, honeypot, rate limiting) to protect the integrity of our systems

Your data may be processed by the following service providers acting as data processors on our behalf:

• Vercel Inc. (USA): website hosting, serverless functions, and cookieless web analytics. Privacy Policy
• Resend Inc. (USA): transactional email delivery via Amazon SES infrastructure. Privacy Policy
• Cloudflare Inc. (USA): Turnstile CAPTCHA verification. Privacy Policy

Data transfers to the United States are covered by standard contractual clauses and each provider's applicable data processing agreements.

We do not use analytics cookies. Vercel Analytics operates without cookies and does not track individual users across sessions.

Cloudflare Turnstile may set strictly necessary cookies to perform bot detection when you interact with the contact form. These cookies are essential for security and do not require consent under GDPR (Recital 49) and the ePrivacy Directive.

Inquiry form data is delivered to us via email and retained only as long as necessary to respond to your inquiry and complete any resulting business engagement. We do not maintain a database of form submissions.

You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us at contact@quantum-technologies.org.

Under the GDPR, you have the right to:

• Access: request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
• Rectification: request correction of inaccurate data
• Erasure: request deletion of your data
• Restriction: request that we limit processing of your data
